De Wadden can be found in the top right corner of this map. The main approach is along Gentiaanlaan, which runs (almost) horizontally along the bottom of this map. Note that the A50 stretch to Son is now open! Take exit 8 (Son en Breugel, Nijnsel) then: if you're coming from Eindhoven go straight at the traffic lights to get onto Gentiaanlaan (bottom left of the map below); if you're coming from Nijmegen turn left at the traffic lights and left again at the next lights to get onto Gentiaanlaan.
